What is your mission? <\/b><\/p>\n

Misty:<\/b> Our mission is to provide friendly and professional customer service while helping you find the dress of your dreams and creating long-term relationships. We strive to assure that every bride who walks in the door feels beautiful and can confidently say yes to the dress. <\/p>\n

How long has your company been around?
\n<\/b><\/p>\n

Misty:<\/b> Three and a half years. We opened in January 2015.<\/p>\n

What are the company’s top core values?
\n <\/b><\/p>\n

Misty:<\/b> Service excellence, passion, trust, and be fearless<\/p>\n

What can a bride expect when working with you?<\/b><\/p>\n

Misty:<\/b> We provide education to our brides when they book their appointment and then at the appointment. <\/p>\n

The appointment consists of one-on-one time with a consultant, assistance in and out of dresses, education regarding fit, possible alterations, and the addition of accessories. <\/p>\n

We enjoy making our brides feel comfortable and at ease during their appointment, as well as encouraging their group to provide feedback to the bride.<\/p>\n

Is there anything else you would like to add that sets you apart from other companies?
\n<\/b><\/p>\n

Misty:<\/b> Our goal is to walk along side of a bride to help her find the perfect dress. We want a bride to feel confident in her selection and know it is the dress for her special day.<\/p>\n

From starting the business to where you are today, what have been some of the biggest challenges and how did the company overcome them?<\/b><\/p>\n

Misty:<\/b> Our biggest challenge is choosing the best dress lines to have in the store. We are blessed to have found the perfect mix of dress lines to satisfy our brides.<\/p>\n

What are some of your goals for the next year?<\/b><\/p>\n

Misty:<\/b> Adding additional stylists who fit in with our philosophy. <\/p>\n

To what do you attribute your success?
\n<\/b><\/p>\n

Misty:<\/b> Lots of hard work, support of family, finding the best lines to have in the store, and always a bit of luck!<\/p>\n

If you could give the world, your friends, or your clients, one piece of advice, what would it be?

Misty:<\/b> To quote my mom and Emily’s grandma\u2013\u2013”These things have a way of working out.”<\/p>\n
