Please give us a brief overview of CircleRock.
CircleRock clothing, leather goods, gifts, and customizable Made-in-the-USA shirts, sport coats and suits are created for men of aspiration and accomplishment; men who embody the enduring American values of Courage, Integrity, Respect, Compassion, Leadership and Engagement. These values are our rock. And the people who share them – our customers, partners, mentors, and role models – are our circle.
What is CircleRock’s mission?
Our mission is to inspire and to be the preferred American clothier for men of aspiration, achievement and character, for men who lead.
What are CircleRock’s top three core values?
Actually, we have six that we trumpet every day. In our “CIRCLE” we have “Courage, Integrity, Respect, Compassion, Leadership and Engagement.
How did CircleRock get started?
After successful careers at Allen Edmonds (and elsewhere in the retail and financial services industries), our two founders came together to create a brand that stood for something. And something that hadn’t been done before. Great style, premium quality, highly-competitively priced, AND made in America products. And on top of that, we want to inspire men to be better people, so we’re sharing our stories to help American men get to better places in their lives.
What sets CircleRock apart from other companies?
Everything! That’s what makes us so proud about CircleRock. Our products are made second-to-none, so our quality is top-notch, our value is unmatched, and our mission to build all of this here in the USA is unrivaled.
To what do you attribute CircleRock’s success?
Our commitment to our customers. Our mission is to ensure that everyone who buys a CircleRock shirt, sport coat, suit, whatever feels that they have the best quality, best value, and feels supported by the best customer service in the industry. That commitment will not only keep our customers coming back, but ensures they tell their friends about us.
What are some of CircleRock’s goals for this year?
Our main goal is to build awareness. We’re confident that once someone engages with CircleRock and buys an article of clothing, any article of clothing, that they’ll be a customer for life. So, our goal is to get everyone we know into CircleRock gear!
Now a little about you!
Tell us a little about yourself.
I’m Ross Widmoyer, Co-Founder and COO at CircleRock. I’m husband and father to two young boys. I live in Edina, formerly worked at Target and Allen Edmonds.
What is your favorite things about doing what you do at CircleRock?
Building our brand! Inspiring others to become better men and providing amazing customer service. Makes getting out of bed SO easy every day.
Who is your role model or someone that inspires you?
Lately, I’ve been incredibly inspired by our manufacturing partners. The fact that they have been able to sustain their businesses through the storm of offshoring makes me so inspired for CircleRock and how we can build this business.
If you could give the world, your friends, or your clients one piece of advice, what would it be?
Don’t eat the yellow snow. Kidding! I would tell them that with a great, unmatched value proposition, the sky is the limit. And that goes in both your personal and professional life.
What is currently your favorite show on Netflix?
