I have in the studio someone so amazing. His name is Nigel Skiathitis, and I want to share a bit about him quick before I formally introduce him. Nigel, will you please tell our listeners a little bit more about you, your background, and what you’re doing now!

  • 12 plus years in the fitness industry. Have spent the last 4 and a half years with Basecamp Fitness. Helping launch in Southern California. Found a love for fitness around the ability to help people and feeling like I was having a positive impact on not only the members but also people I worked with.

That’s incredible. With that being said, what do you think are the 3 main issues people face when it comes to working out?

  1. Time / Efficient workout (35 minutes) Get great results in less time. Calorie burn / be in the shape you want to be in. (less time)

Question: Do you guys work with brides to create a timeline? Or what advice would you give to a bride or someone planning for a special event or vacation when it comes to goals & timelines?

Question: I won’t get into this much, but what is your personal philosophy on food? Do you follow the 80/20 rule or what? What’s your favorite recipe or go to meal or snack?

Question: What motivates you? Or what did, because I’m sure it’s habit now to workout? Is there someone you look up to?

Question: What advice would you give to someone who is just starting to workout? Because going to classes, I know from experience, can be a bit scary and intimidating! How early should they arrive, what should they bring, etc.

Question: What is the class schedule like? How early and late do you do classes? All the working brides out there might not have time to go on a lunch break.

Question: How intense are the classes? Mentally prepare me for what I’m about to experience haha

Question: Do you guys offer merch? I know for me, I never know where to get workout clothes. There are so many options from TJ Maxx to Lululemon. Personally, I have some old leggings and my Forever Bride tank top that I always wear.
