The Perks of a Photo Booth at Your Wedding

To have or not to have?

Trust me, you’re not the only bride or groom who has asked this question when planning a wedding. When the budget is limited and the costs of making your wedding unforgettable start to skyrocket, does having a photo booth seem like to much to add? Sure you may already have a photographer (and maybe even a videographer) to take care of documenting your wedding, but is that all you need? Would having a photo booth be too cheesy and a waste of money? Would it be truly worth it? Here are reasons why a photo booth plays a necessary role in your wedding.

You can have photo prints as wedding favors

Opt out of traditional favors that your guests will just throw away. Do you keep the favors from weddings you have attended? Think about giving photo prints that your guests can share online, frame, and most importantly, save forever. You wouldn’tthrow away a picture that has your face in it right? The bottom of your strips are customizable. Why not use that to thank your guests for coming? There’s so much you can do with the photos too! Your photo booth company may even offer other options such as: magnet frames, photo frames, and book marks. My personal favorite part is that you benefit from having a photo booth as well! You can cut costs by not having a guest book because the one you receive with your photo booth is so much more enduring than the typical guest book with blank pages and some signatures. You get to see faces and families along with all of their well wishes for your future!

Your guests will enjoy the photo opportunity

Some brides wonder about the guests who won’t use the photo booth. Would they rather go dancing than wait for their turn to the booth? To give you an easy answer””they will love it! There are two types of people at your wedding those who will dance and those who will not. A photo booth is great for those people who don’t like to be on the dance floor. You can always ask the DJ to make an announcement to visit the booth as simple a reminder and you can print some reminders for the tables on photo strip paper. Place them in frames so people have a reminder at their tables or sitting at the bar. After the night is over, you’ll be surprised by the outrageouslyhilarious and fun photos your family and friends have come up with. Who can resist a photo opportunity when everyone’s looking their best?

You give the guests a reason to socialize

No matter the size of your wedding big or small, there’s always something that is needed to break the ice; especially during cocktail hours or the gap between the ceremony and the reception. Photo booths are an easy way for guests to gather around, talk, interact, and laugh together! Our photo booth tends to be the talk of the wedding. Guests wander over to see what it’s all about. Friends call other friends for a group photo; kids and parents pose together for a picture. From choosing the perfect prop to swapping wigs, and hats. Guests get a chance to joke around with friends and strangers! Our attendants will help keep all the kids at your receptions having loads of fun and bypulling new faces into the booth in a race to see who can pull more people in.

Photo booths give life to the party

Open bars, DJ’s and musical bands are a typical wedding must have. Weddings can become so much more eventful because of photo booths. Make your party unique more than any other party that people have been to as you offer something new to the table. And the experience will always be a novelty to everyone no matter how many times they’ve been to a wedding with a booth. Being the sole company in Minnesota with a light up inflatable booth has made this such an easy and enjoyable task for us. Something no one has ever seen before no matter if they have been to 10 weddings or 100’s! Be new and be different!

Nothingcan beat the atmosphere

Guests behave differently when they know that no one is behind the camera in the photo booth taking their picture. They can be more playful and have better control of how they want to pose. This makes the atmosphere more fun and creative. Your photographer may very well capture posed photos or a candid of a hug. But I’ve never seen them capture the personality of each and every guest in the photo, each and every time. Furthermore, renting a photo booth is much cheaper than a photographer, and you can have as many prints as you want.
