What is your mission?

Misty: Our mission is to provide friendly and professional customer service while helping you find the dress of your dreams and creating long-term relationships. We strive to assure that every bride who walks in the door feels beautiful and can confidently say yes to the dress.

How long has your company been around?

Misty: Three and a half years. We opened in January 2015.

What are the company’s top core values?

Misty: Service excellence, passion, trust, and be fearless

What can a bride expect when working with you?

Misty: We provide education to our brides when they book their appointment and then at the appointment.

The appointment consists of one-on-one time with a consultant, assistance in and out of dresses, education regarding fit, possible alterations, and the addition of accessories.

We enjoy making our brides feel comfortable and at ease during their appointment, as well as encouraging their group to provide feedback to the bride.

Is there anything else you would like to add that sets you apart from other companies?

Misty: Our goal is to walk along side of a bride to help her find the perfect dress. We want a bride to feel confident in her selection and know it is the dress for her special day.

From starting the business to where you are today, what have been some of the biggest challenges and how did the company overcome them?

Misty: Our biggest challenge is choosing the best dress lines to have in the store. We are blessed to have found the perfect mix of dress lines to satisfy our brides.

What are some of your goals for the next year?

Misty: Adding additional stylists who fit in with our philosophy.

To what do you attribute your success?

Misty: Lots of hard work, support of family, finding the best lines to have in the store, and always a bit of luck!

If you could give the world, your friends, or your clients, one piece of advice, what would it be?

Misty: To quote my mom and Emily’s grandma––”These things have a way of working out.”
