Grab your water bottle and get ready to couple up—Love Island USA season 7 premieres tonight on Peacock, and we’re buzzin’. While plenty of Islanders have been dumped from the villa or had their heads turned faster than you can say “I’ve got a text!”, there are some couples who have actually made it work outside the show (yep, love is real). Before a new batch of singles starts cracking on, we’re taking a look at the Love Island couples still together in 2025—proving that sometimes, all those late-night chats and fire pit recouplings really do lead to something lasting.
Hannah Wright & Marco Donatelli, Season 5
We have to skip ahead all the way to season five before we find a Love Island USA couple who’s made it work outside the villa, but make it work they did! Season five winners Hannah Wright and Marco Donatelli are still together nearly two years after the finale and even got engaged in May 2025! Insert happy tears here.

And because we can’t help ourselves, here’s what we think Hannah will rock on her big day…

Taylor Smith & Carsten “Bergie” Bergersen, Season 5
There was something special in the Fiji air for Love Island USA season five, because fellow Islanders Taylor Smith and Carsten “Bergie” Bergersen are also still together and serving up the cutest IG photos.

Serena Page & Kordell Beckham, Season 6
Last season’s winners Serena Page and Kordell Beckham quickly became fan favorites, and clearly for good reason! The duo is going strong and, in our opinion, one of the cutest Love Island couples of all time.

Unfortunately, that’s all the Love Island USA couples still together in 2025 after leaving the villa. But fear not—we have sooo many Love Island UK couples still to tickle your fancy.
Olivia (Buckland) Bowen & Alex Bowen, Season 2
Love Island UK season two favorites Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen left the villa together and never looked back! Celebrating nearly a decade together, the two married in 2022 and have welcomed two children together.

Cara Delahoyde-Massey & Nathan Massey, Season 2
Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey coupled up on Day 1 in the second season of Love Island UK and made their way to the finish line as winners. The pair have been married since 2019 and have two beautiful babies.

Jess (Shears) Lever & Dom Lever, Season 3
Jessica Shears (now Lever) and Dom Lever coupled up in season three and are coming up on their seventh wedding anniversary! The two are also parents to two sons.

Camilla Thurlow & Jamie Jewitt, Season 3
Camilla Thurlow was the sweet, introverted fan-fave of season three, who had a bit of a rocky road in the Love Island villa. It wasn’t until bombshell Jamie Jewitt entered that Camilla found her match, and the pair have been inseparable since. They married in 2021 and recently welcomed their third child.

Indiyah Polack & Dami Hope, Season 8
Indiyah Polack and Dami Hope finished season eight in Mallorca as the third place couple, and decided to keep their romance going outside the villa. We’ve got our fingers crossed for a proposal soon!

Sanam Harrinanan & Kai Fagan, Season 9
Another Love Island wedding is on the way! Sanam Harrinanan and Kai Fagan, season nine stars, got engaged in April 2024 and have set their wedding date for August 1, 2025! We can’t wait for the photos.

Molly Marsh & Zachariah Noble, Season 10
After Molly Marsh’s head was turned by Zachariah Noble in season ten, the two have kept together outside of the villa. They’ve been a touch on-and-off, but as of now the pair is going strong.

Uma Jammeh & Wil Anderson, Season 11
Uma Jammeh was everyone’s bestie in season eleven of the UK series (Uma, let us know when we can hang out), and when Wil Anderson entered the Villa it was end-game. There was a slight bump in Casa Amor, but the couple chose to stay together and have made it work so far in the real world.

So, there you have it—all the Love Island couples still together in 2025 proving that villa vibes can turn into real-life romance (swoon!). With Love Island USA Season 7 kicking off tonight, who knows which new couple might be next to defy the odds? One thing’s for sure—we’ll be watching every bombshell entrance, dramatic recoupling, and romantic moment unfold. Let the games begin!
