Ashley’s Trend Report: Ice Cream is the New Donut Bar!
Proceed with caution! This month’s trend report will tickle those taste buds and convince you to cave to that sweet tooth you’re desperately trying to keep at bay. Have you been to a wedding in the past year where the couple had a different dessert other than cake? Was said dessert a donut bar?
If you answered yes to either question, this post is for you! Trust me, ice cream is the new donut bar. YES! I went there! I know, there are so many adorable donut bar ideas currently being shared on Pinterest (and this brunch wedding with a donut bar that I will forever love), but ice cream really is the new thing!
Donuts were so fun and dearly loved and will never totally go away, but ice cream has been taking over the spotlight and I am melting (pun intended) over this trend.
What’s not to love about ice cream? It’ll cool guests off after being out on the dance floor, it comes in so many flavors, and is truly a photographer’s dream to shoot! I mean look at the pictures in our post! Too cute!
