Our Pearl by David’s Pearl Party in St. Pete, Florida, showcased dozens of local vendors, all ready to make your dream wedding a reality with the top wedding trends for 2025!
NO ONE THROWS A PARTY LIKE PEARL
Last week the Pearl by David’s team hosted our Pearl Party, a launch event full of out-of-this-world local Florida wedding vendors, bridal content creators, and more! Our stunning venue, Beach Drive Bungalow, (that’s perfectly pink and totally on-brand), typically hosts guests for bachelorette parties and the like, and we had one fun-filled afternoon. Look at that pool—not to mention the custom pool float by Designs by Yuri! Destination wedding or bachelorette weekend trip… how cute would your own custom pool float look in your Insta post?!
We worked with the Tampa-based wedding planner and decorator Yogueiris Rosario at Yogueiris Creations to make our launch as magical as possible—can you believe she does this year-round?

EVERY LAST DETAIL
To get that OMG-perfect Pearl look, we partnered with Flower Walls of Tampa and Luxe Memories Events for Insta-worthy photo ops (skip the photobooth and cheesy props for a stunning flower wall in your wedding color scheme!). And that balloon work from Fiesta Fantasy Rental? We’ll remember it forever! Considering adding your wedding hashtag or your couple name (hello, Bennifer!) to your own balloon art for an equally memorable moment.
B|A Events and Gifts provided all of the goodies, including branded pillows, décor, menus, and drink stirrers. Speaking of drinks, our signature drinks from Official Event Services were a huge hit (personal fave? The Pearl, of course!). Our fully stocked (and pink-bubbly-perfect) wine bar was provided by the incredible Kate Troc, an ambassador for Boissett Collection (did we mention they do customizable wine labels for that signature wedding touch?).

“We absolutely loved creating the acrylic signage and custom branded items for the Pearl by David’s event! Bringing their vision to life was such a fun and rewarding experience—seeing every detail come together beautifully made it even more special,” Karenn Murga, owner of of B|A Events and Gifts said. Your guests would be just as blown away with custom signs at your reception bar—and that delicious cocktail named after your dog (everyone does it!).
What’s a party without some good music and yummy eats? Our guests enjoyed a live band, Topcasters Duo, indoors and DJ booth from Total Class Entertainment by the pool (both available for wedding rentals, of course!) and were treated to delicious charcuterie-inspired treats provided by The Craft Kitchen and tasty desserts from Tampa-based Monicakes Sweets & Dreams.
Jac and Izzy of Topcasters Duo are a local fan favorite for live music, and love working with couples to create the perfect musical ambience on their big day.
Goodie bags were obviously a must! Our Pearl Party favors were stocked with skincare, self-care, and all the rest for our troupe of fabulous guests. We can already imagine the personalized bridesmaid and groomsmen gifts… * insert heart-eyes emoji here! *
ALL THE EXCITEMENT
We didn’t stop at jaw-dropping décor and delectable refreshments. Because we’ve always wanted it done ourselves, we brought in certified image consultant Celeste Moore to give our guests personal color analyses—raise your hand, fellow cool summers!
“This was my first time being invited to a Pearl by David’s event. I arrived and the place was absolutely beautiful. It was a well-run event, and I had so much fun being a vendor and getting to do my 4 x 4 color analyses. It was truly a great event and I’m looking forward to what Pearl by David’s has next,” said Celeste.
Partygoers could also commemorate the occasion with a lasting reminder of the occasion in the form of permanent jewelry. “We had such an amazing time at the Pearl by David’s event!” they told us. “The line … didn’t stop all night! We had so many girls purchase additional pieces alongside the bracelet they received as an exclusive gift for attending the event! We also exchanged so many business cards with women who are interested in working with us for future events, which is incredible. We can’t thank the Pearl by David’s team enough for inviting us to be a part of this unforgettable event.” (Back to those personalized bridesmaid gifts… a customized bracelet is an absolute yes!)
Last but most definitely not least (and our personal favorite), a custom DIY-bouquet bar! Our friends at Gemma Floral + Wine provided the beautiful blooms and let our guests do the rest—as if they were crafting their own personal wedding bouquet! Based in Brandon, Florida, Gemma Floral + Wine also features a wine bar, sake flights, and mouth-watering cocktails until 12am on Fridays and Saturdays. Oh, yes, they do weddings too!

We loved having Floridian bridal & wedding content creators Madison Bisset (@unveilweddingcontent) and Victoria Nguyen (@4themadlyinlove) at our Pearl Party, in addition to 70 (!) other influencers, wedding and event planners, soon-to-be brides, and even more high-profile wedding vendors.

There were so many fun activities planned like getting your color analysis, making your bridal bouquet, permanent jewelry, all while enjoying delicious treats, drinks, and more!
