You guys! We have the sweetest mountainside engagement session to share with you today, frozen in time by the lovely Alli PetersPhotography! Tate + Sabrina ventured onto the giant rocks by Lake Tahoe, Reno Nevada where Alli Peterscaptured the intimate vibes. Snow-capped mountains and the sunset were the prettiest accessories Sabrina + Tate could have asked for during their engagement session and the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe definitely provided.

Alli Peters tells us: “Sabrina and Tate are one of the most fearless, brave and loving couples I’ve ever come to know – In my opinion, all because of their love for each other. It’s a calm and peaceful kind of love that trusts. Whether that’s trusting a move back home (which they did together this year, months before their wedding) or leaps across giant rocks (not a metaphor, literal leaps across giant rocks during their engagement session).

These two have been together since high school, with a small stint apart, which on both their accounts made them realize how wholly and fully dedicated they were to each other. They’re the type of people who exert kindness in every capacity, are incredibly welcoming, and love to laugh at themselves and their quirkiness. To me what makes them so special is that they’re always on each others team, whether they have differing opinions or are ready to take on a new task. They see clearly that the end result will always involve them, together.

I traveled out to Reno, Nevada, where Tate was working for a few months on a work project to take engagement photos of them at Lake Tahoe in Nevada. We crawled across rocks during sunset light. Sabrina was in her dress and Tate was helping her across the whole time, making sure nobody fell. It was far from a rocky experience (pun intended), and it was one of the best engagements I’ve ever had the ability to take photos of.”
